I could not hear from the doctor unless I paid a $35 fee and went into see him. I pay for him to schedule a colonoscopy, I paid for him to do the procedure and then I had to pay for the results. Like he was holding my biopsy info for ransom. For people on a fixed income, this is difficult. My health is worth it but the doctors prescriptions on how to manage or fix the problem were not. I am finding a new doctor for a second opinion out of the Baylor network.

Absolutely the worst, my husband’s insurance made this apt and had it scheduled for over 2 weeks, we got great appointment reminders from them. They day of the appointment arrived we went to listed address, they had moved, and hadn’t removed their name off the kiosk. I called the office, told them who I was and they prompted me to the correct address. We walked in and my husband checked in they then proceeded to tell him, we informed your insurance company last we we no longer accept them and you’ll have to be self pay! WHAT?!? We call our insurance, no they hadn’t called in, and the notes say they verified with the doc they had what they needed (ie paperwork) the Friday before. We never heard from the doctor AND when I was on the phone with them and LOST they could have told us then.. They had no remorse by telling us or apologies given. If the service is an example of the doc we dodged a bullet. I wouldn’t recommend them!

Although the personnel are nice and I like the doctor and was satisfied with his treatment, this is the worst doctor's office as far as phone service. Every single phone call is answered by machine; you can NEVER reach a person but must wait quite a while before your call is returned.

I am a new patient and saw Dr. Masrour after my primary care doctor recommended him. His bed side manner was excellent. He listened to me and answered all my questions. His staff was also friendly and made me fee very comfortable. I highly recommend him, in fact I have already setup an appointment for my husband to see him.

I am an extremely satisfied with Dr. Masrour. I have seen him for over a year now and he is very compassionate and caring.

I took my mom to see him, he quickly diagnosed her and after the procedure my mom has been feeling great. I couldn't be happier with the results.

I was quick seen, the staff was very helpful. The doctor was very pleasant and answered all my questions. I highly recommend.
