Dr. Fares Hosseinzadeh

Dr. Fares Hosseinzadeh is a board-certified family medicine physician who builds lifelong, trust-based relationships with patients and their families. Dr. Hosseinzadeh completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Georgia and earned his MD from St. George’s University School of Medicine, followed by a Family Medicine residency at Piedmont Columbus Regional where he honed his skills in comprehensive, community-focused primary care. Fluent in English and Farsi, he takes pride in culturally competent communication and empowering patients from diverse backgrounds.
