The receptionist was horrible. She was yelling and argumentative. She literally called us liars and claimed she called several times. No one here has any professional manners. They make up their mind before they ever see you. My husband was being seen for a work related injury and they treated him terribly. This doctor and his receptionist is a joke. After she yelled at us calling us liars , she called a different patient my husbands name. She didn't even know who she was claiming to call. Beware if you are sent here through the bwc.

Controls my pain very well. He has a very good work ethic and excellent bedside manner. I wouldn't go to anyone else.

Dr Raslan takes care of his patient amazingly he is a kind funny truthful person I seriously recommend him he goes the extra mile at least he did for me to make sure I was okay he’s to be trusted and taken serious I’d go back again if I have to no other ??????

Language barrier, does not call patients back, self absorbed

no gimmicks, honest . you will not get him to give you pills you do not need.

Stay clear! One can clearly be aware when entering the waiting room and the exam room that it is not a legitimate practice. He laughs when you state you have pain,he falsely documents assessments he never did, he has pretend objects of lungs, necks,and various oxygen tubes setting around so the layman is tricked into believing this guy will keep you breathing. Without examining you he will insist you need an invasive procedure in his operating room which is in the same building and likely not to be sterile or safe....seems to be after hours....to your spine or neck etc. In other words he creates a illness you do not have, telling you other Doctors have not diagnosed nor did the correct treatments on you. I think he is sneaky enough to know how to avoid getting caught by drugging you up with a bonnet on your head in his dungeon room and dangerously injecting ...God knows what...in or around your spine. Most people are very trusting of “medical staff”. Initial papers you receive… on first visit are cheesy...typed on a slant, weird ink, imitations of actual medical info. Word on the street is however he will give you any kind of pills you want...with or without wring a prescription. He is paranoid about getting caught but his greed for money and need to want to feel like God is more exciting for him. Do not even enter the building and if you do notice the strong feeling of danger...even in the elevator you will feel like the doors might not open and let you out...or that you will be tackled and dragged to Frankenstein’s operating room.

Upon arrival at the office I was greeted in a friendly manner by the office staff . While filling out paperwork I could hear the doc complaining about how many patients he had left because he had to be downtown . Dr.Raslan saw me and said my dx was wrong and I needed a shoulder scope and MRI .(by the way I just had surgery 2 mos ago on that shoulder . He did not review the surgical notes I handed him nor the dx list of the spine issues . Anyway he handed me the MRI order and said he had to go . Never addressed the pain issue even though he's a pain management doc . Guy is a moron . Don't go.

I have had 10 back surgeries including the insertion of cadaver vertebrae and was hospitalized for 3 months but he is of the opinion that my x-ray looks normal so I must be fine. Wrong!! I was on needed pain medicine for 9 years and his opinion is that I do not need it. The State Medical Board advised me to file a Complaint so I am! He is horrible despite his work at the VA, as I am sure he only does that for the money, he is not even an American so I doubt he cares about our Veterans!

He has always been very nice and seems concerned. Has never actually done a physical exam on me though. He will tell you several things in the appointment for treatment plan and then forget by the end of appointment. The staff is terrible. He has one assistant who works with him. She answers all the phone calls and checks you in. If you call for anything you will be very lucky if the doctor ever hears it, and if he does, she will never call you with the message. She needs to go! If you are looking for a doc to just pass out meds he is not for you. And plan on being in the office for quite a while. Usually at least an hour behind.

I have been seeing him for a long time due to chronic back pain. He I so nice and seems to try and help. the last visit I left crying. I don't know if I caught him on a bad day because I have never seen him act so rude. I am on a very low pain medication and never have asked for any thing else. But that day he made me feel like I am a horrible person. besides that one day I have always felt very happy with his hospitality.
