Dr. Sigari has changed my life. I have suffered from sinus problems my entire life and never thought I would be able to live a life sinus-free. Thanks to Dr. Sigari my dream has come true and I feel incredible. I have been to several other ENT's in Los Angeles and they always sent me away with antibiotics or put me on allergy medicine. Dr. Sigari was able to give me a CT Exam on the spot at his office and give me a proper diagnosis..and I found out that I don't have allergies but suffer from a massive deviated septum. Dr. Sigari is amazing. The work he did on my nose and nasel passages enabled me to breath freely for the first time in over 50 years!!! It is like a new life for me; I sleep like a log now. There was no brusing or indication on my face that he had done the work he did, and the pain was extremely slight. Interacting with him is fun and right to the point. Every timeI see him as part of his follow up, I am left with his caring about me as a person as well as a patient. I very strongly recommend Dr. Sigari.

I had chronic sinus congestion for many years and used spary decongestants in order to be able to breathe. I went to an institute in Burbank, they gave me some Nasonex and sent me on my way. No followup or anything from them, and they didn't really help me with the problem. This year, I had been reading about ballon sinuplasty and received a flier in they mail about an office that did it. I decided to make an appointment to see what they did - that is how I met Dr. Sigari. Dr. Sigari took one look in my nostrils and said I had a deviated nasal septum and nasal polyps. He send me in for a CT scan in order to see the extent of the problem. Turns out my entire left sinus cavity was full of crud as was most of the right. About a month after the initial diagnosis, I went in for surgery, where Dr. Sigari cleaned out my sinuses and undeviated my nasal septum. The nasal polyps turned out to be an inverted papilloma and was huge (about 6 cm long). Despite that, the surgery was… perfect. That very day, I could breathe through my nose, and haven't needed a spray decongenstant since. My breathing is perfect. Dr. Sigari is everything I could look for in doctor. He is skilled, compassionate, honest and explains everything. The front office staff is wonderful too.

You should totally go see him. His bedside manner is very friendly and professional. He is dedicated to his patients and has a great attitude in general where he couples honesty and medical recommendations. I will definitely be back and you should totally make the drive or commit the time.

I never waited after arriving, and he spent the time to walk me through everything and thoroughly answer my questions.Additionally, for tonsil removals, he uses a different technique then most doctors, which is designed to reduce pain and speed up recovery.My pain was minimal after the first two days (I used pain killers for those days), and I was able to function as normal aside from having a limited diet. I was completely back to eating normal food 9 days later.
