Where to even start? Okay to start off I want to say that I feel taken advantage of from this clinic. Starting with Dr. Khan and her staff. In my opinion, clarity, honesty, and transparency is NOT a factor of their "professionalism". To keep this short and simple, the staff at this clinic DID NOT EVER EVER WARN ME THAT I WAS OUT-OF-NETWORK. From reading other comments here, it seems like this is the common norm at this facility. So Dr. Khan goes to tell me that I need surgery for my issue. Okay, I gave her the benefit of doubt because she's a professional right ? I trusted her insight. So then her staff goes on and "handles" the insurance details..... if they're "handling it" professionally, honestly, and with "GOOD INTENTIONS" for their patients, along the road they would have "FOUND OUT" (if they "didn't" know while I was visiting Khan this whole time) that I was out of network! People, please tell me what do you think that they should have done? Professionals with good working… ethics... you think that they would have called me in and say "Okay, you're out of network, let us break down what you'll be responsible for"... because IF I KNEW FROM THE GET GO that I was going to be charged with $12,000! yup, you read that clear folks, 12K!!!! I WOULD HAVE NEVER EVER EVER EVER PROCEEDED! But was I given that chance ? NOPE. You would think that during these uncertain times we are living in that there are honest people out there who are looking out for the working class. I have called and asked IN PERSON, MULTIPLE TIMES to speak with Khan DIRECTLY AND MULTIPLE TIMES I HAVE BEEN DENIED ACCESS. Their staff INSIST that I HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE BILLING COORDINATOR directly. If there are not at fault why deny access?Why can't I talk to her? Yes, I understand doctors are busy and I am not their only client. But would anyone else be LIVID with a 12k bill? The coordinator has given me info that does not align with what my insurance is stating. When I told them that they NEVER told me that I was out-of-network, the girl said "All. the papers you signed stated that". When I spoke to them in person and reminded them of what they said over the phone I said that I was not saying that I didn't believe them, I just needed to see proof. They denied me access to any paper I signed at my first initial visit such as my health history, INSURANCE details, Hippa, ETC. they said that the dr. does not allow them to touch those and they had to ask. Okay, fine I gave then the benefit of doubt and waited to see if Khan would call me later that day or the next to give me an answer, or even ask about the issue. BUT AS OF NOW, I HAVE NOTHING. If they can PROOF TO ME that they "DID" let me know they were out of network don't you think that they would pull out those forms ASAP to prove me wrong??? Moral of the story, I would NEVER go back to this clinic. I think a class on good ethics, transparency, organization skills, and professionalism would serve them good.

She preceded to run "routine" test, including a pap smear even though I had received one just the following year. At my following visit, Dr. Khan decided to finally share with me that the procedure would actually take place at the hospital under anesthesia. This is vital information that should have been shared from the start. After explaining that this was not the sort of procedure I wanted to undergo and that I would rather remain on birth control pills, Dr. Khan said that blood work would be necessary. It is obvious that Dr. Khan is inappropriately using these tests for her own monetary gain. It is extremely disappointing that she is creating these obstacles for women to receive safe and effective contraception.

When I said that I would rather not have this procedure and would prefer to stay on a birth control pill, she said that blood work was necessary. It is obvious that Dr. Khan is using these tests/procedure inappropriately for her own monetary gain. It is extremely disappointing that she is putting all of these obstacles in the way of women receiving safe and effective contraception.

Worst doctor I have ever been to in my life. She seems very nice and as if she’s trying to help you. But she is only after your money. I went to a second doctor and a third doctor only to hear from BOTH UNRELATED DOCTORS that they are very confused as to why my previous doctor, aka Dr Khan, was suggesting I need any procedure as I was perfectly healthy. She made me feel like there was something wrong with me and that she can help me and as I’m sitting there crying asking how much she costs to do this procedure, she pretends she doesn’t know how much it costs and directs me to her billing lady. her billing lady tells me an outrageous price that i have to pay out of pocket. And Dr. Khan clearly was the one that told the billing lady how much to tell me it will cost because every response by the billing lady to any of my billing questions was “I have to check with Dr. Khan”. So devastated, i went to get a second and third opinion. They were BOTH astounded by Dr Khans suggestions because… I WAS PERFECTLY HEALTHY. Dr. Khan is a con artist. She puts business before people’s health. She just cares about making money. She is in the wrong profession. Only positive thing I can say is although the wait is long, her office girls were actually nice. I cannot say the same for Dr Khan. She only cares about money.

She needs anger management ! Put lies and fasley accused me of being a drug addict seeking pills.Now all drs. and hospitals refuse to see me.Very sad ,I have cancer and am in very poor health.She also made me lose my osf charity.

Dr. Khan is awesome! She always makes me feel comfortable. She takes the time to answer all of my questions with realistic answers that don't just feel like some preapproved response. Her office staff are always very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this office to anyone!
