Dr. Fariba Ghazizadeh, MD

I wouldn’t trust this doctor to treat anything more severe than a common cold. She has little knowledge or ability to treat chronic health conditions. She can only continue to practice because her husband enables her and picks up here slack. She is pretentious, condescending, and unprofessional.

Although the wait time may be longer than I'd like at times, I feel it's because she doesn't like to turn anyone away. I can call in the middle of the day with a problem, and they will always squeeze me in. She and Dr. Naser genuinely care about the patient's health, which is displayed in the time they allow you during youtr exam. She has also called me at home after hours to discuss my condition.

Dr Ghazizadeh seems competent, but with only so-so "bedside" manner. Compared to other doctors I have had, she overly-complicated my thyroid medication and had no follow-up to starting me on cholesterol medication. When I called to get my blood work results for cholesterol and liver enzymes, they wanted me to make an unnecessary appointement and would not mail me the results without coming in (I live far from the office). Her nursing staff is efficient and friendly. The office staff is very poor, bordering on rudeness, disorganized, and impatient.

Dr. Ghazizadeh is a knowlegable, caring, outstanding physician! I was stunned the day after my first appointment with her when she actually personally called to see how I was doing! I've now been seeing her for several years and she is just as excellent and caring as she was at the beginning.

Dr. Ghazizadeh is one of those doctors who obviously cares for her patients. I was impressed from my very first visit. My wife saw Dr. G for approximately a year before she convinced me that I needed to switch to Dr. G. I have never regretted that decision. She is patient, compassionate, funny and extremely professional. She was able to get my inerrant diabetes under control in less than 6 weeks. Thanks for Drs like Dr. Ghezizadeh.
