Dr. Farid Force, MD

This man literally told me, while I was in-patient for a suicide attempt, that it would be better if I just died instead of hurting myself just for attention. The phrase he used was “better to die like a soldier in battle, otherwise is cowardly”. Besides that he was very rude, dismissive, interrupts constantly and legitimately doesn’t seem to care about anyone else. He’s a danger and shouldn’t be allowed to practice.

It's important to understand what a psychiatrist does. S/he listens to your symptoms, asks/answers questions, matches up your particular physiognomy with the latest in pharmaceuticals, if needed. In those respects, Dr. Force is everything you could ask for. It's amazing to see his analytical mind at work. He really knows his stuff. He understands how other medications one may be taking can affect the medication he is prescribing. Each person is different, requiring a psychiatrist who can be alert to the kinds of reactions that occur and finding ways to deal with them. I am confident Dr. Force will figure out the best course of action. He cares very much that he is understanding my problem and reacting to it with utmost competence.
