Meet Dr. Hanachi
Dr. Hanachi received his entire education from Louisiana State University. He completed his undergraduate requirements in three years, graduated with honors from undergraduate college and dental school and was given an award for highest achievement upon completing his orthodontic specialty training.
Upon moving to North Carolina Dr. Hanachi first practiced in Asheville part time while awaiting the completion of his own office. He also taught at Central Piedmont Community College in his spare time. He has maintained his private practice ever since.
Dr. Hanachi is a member of the American Association of orthodontist, the Southern Association of Orthodontist, the American Dental Association, and the Iredell and Gaston County Dental Societies. He served on the board of the Gaston County Dental Society as an officer for three years and was its president in 2004.
After graduating in 1993, Dr. Hanachi moved to North Carolina and is very happy to call …it home. His practices are located in Gastonia and Mooresville. He married in 1995 and now has three children who he looks forward to raising in this beautiful state.
Education and children are very important to Dr. Hanachi, and he contributes to various schools in the area. He believes strongly in helping children achieve their goals and will do whatever he can to help them. Students aspiring to enter the field of orthodontics often come to the office to observe or shadow Dr. Hanachi, and several have completed summer internships.
Hanachi Orthodontics sponsors several baseball, basketball, softball and soccer teams as well as competitive swimmers and gymnasts.
