Dr. Farid Naffah, MD

I had a 6:50 evening appointment for a consultation and finally left at 8:30 pm without being seen. The waiting room and an adjacent room were packed to capacity. If you read other reviews, you will see that this is a common experience. Any business or endeavor that focuses on quantity, is bound to suffer in quality. I made an appointment at a well known hospital in Cleveland instead. I will have to drive an hour to get there, but at least I know that the quality of care will be outstanding.

Waited over an hour and 20 minutes to even see the doctor. It just wasn't worth it. No apology for the ridiculous wait time, nothing. I left after the long wait with no explanation so I never even got to see the doctor. Why schedule an appointment time if it’s no where even close to when you get to see the doctor. I won’t go back. I’ll find another doctor that can manage the patient load.

Dr. Naffah deserves a 5 star review but the way his is office is ran he gets a 4 star. I've dealt with some very competent office members and some really bad ones over the years. They seem poorly trained and some have the "I don't care attitude." That's what happened when I called for a colonoscopy appt and asked if they take UHC insurance. They said yes. Not only did I fast for this procedure, I also inconvenienced the person that brought me. After 2 hours of waiting they call my name and flatly say " we don't take your insurance." No, I'm sorry, nothing! Dr. Naffah, if you're reading this please do something about unreasonable wait times for an appt and procedures and your office staff. The only reason I continue to come there is because of you.

Got to office for evening appt..staff was very friendly.Wait time was short.Had vitals done in timely manner.Dr came right afterwards.Was there less than 45 minutes! Very professional.Instructions detailed & explained.

Sometimes the initial appointment wait is long. Yet, Dr. Naffah is a highly qualified Dr.; we are very fortunate to have a Dr. of his renowned located in our area.

Called me in early for a 2pm appointment for a colonoscopy. I left without having it done when they told me it would be 6pm before the proceedure would be done. I hadn't eaten for 36 hours already. Ridiculous.

I waited for two hours at his office. It was not worth it.

The waiting room was full and i sat there for more than 2 hours, I called ahead to see if he was runnning on time becuase a friend had warned me. I was told, yes he is good on his schedule only to arrive 15 minutes later to a packed waiting room and told it would be an hour. That hour turned out to be 2 hours. The doctor answered my questions and took the time needed, it would be a great experience IF they could manage the wait times.

My first appointment was changed from 1:40 to 2:30 over the phone. At 3:45pm I paid my co-pay, and 15 minutes later I was told to wait at least 45 more minutes. I rescheduled for the next Thursday at 2:00, and the late morning of that day I was notified that the appointment was cancelled. That was just to see the doctor and schedule a colonoscopy. I went to another , less swanky doctor, was seen within 5 minutes of the scheduled time, and 10 minutes later I was on my way.
