Dr. Farid Noie

I have been a patient of Dr. Noie for over 15 years, he is the absolute best at what he does EXCEPT for the hiring of his back office staff. Due to their incompetence I have lost over $10,000 over the same period of years due to their failure to file insurance claims in a timely manner. This last go round is the straw that broke the camels back, I had an implant crown come loose and according to them it would take too long for the insurance to give them the approval so I paid out of pocket and they were to reimburse me when the insurance paid them. Of course the insurance paid them and I have yet to see a dime. When I discussed it with their current office manager she said that it sounds like a personal problem and that she was not responsible since she was not there at the time and additionally Dr. Noie is moving away from taking insurance so I needed to get over it since I would have to pay cash from here on out anyway. I will not be going back even though I absolutely LOVE Dr. Noie.
