Dr. Faris Hashim Zakria, MD

Worse C&P experience ever. This guy is so fake, and does not even care to ask you any questions to establish a timeline of your life before your injury or condition started to the present day. He asked no questions about how it effects your life. This guy just doesn't care about evaluating you fairly. I don't know how he can live with himself, after providing such terrible care to our veterans. He's a snake, and should not be in the position he's in at the VA. If you get him for a C&P exam, or any Dr. visits, I'd call and get rescheduled to someone else.

Dr. Faris Zakria began my appointment 15 minutes late, left for about 5 minutes once I got in to see him, only spoke a few words over the next 10 minutes, and then told me to be quiet for the next 30 minutes while he made up his own answers to the questions he was supposed to be asking for my DBQs without asking any pertinent questions or doing any of the actual exams. He told me he had not reviewed my records or the DBQs my specialists provided or that were in my VA file prior to my appointment. I provided him copies of my records and DBQs, but he barely looked at them. The final DBQs and report he completed are nowhere near accurate to my conditions and symptoms and the DBQs my specialists completed and submitted to the VA for my claims. Dr. Faris Zakria is quite possibly the laziest and worst doctor I have ever met, and displays an utter disregard for veterans and their care.

Spoke to me once during the exam and spent the rest of the time making up his own answers to the questions he was supposed to be asking. The final report is nowhere near accurate.

I say this Doctor on two occasions in 2012 for C & P exams, He was not through, didn't do any physical exams of my self at all. He did however in his Progress notes say that he examined me (which he did not and refused records and reports from Professional Cancer Doctors at Moffitt Hospital, North Port and Port Charlotte, Fl. I kept records of both times I saw this Doctor and on neither occasion was any of the things I told him entered or were entered incorrectly w/o an exam or even looking at the area I spoke of. At one point he told me if I contested his finding I would have to pay the VA all of my prior to his exams compensations given to me.

Did not thoroughly review the facts, disregarded important evidence and was in my opinion not thorough.Would not recommend any vet using him as a c&p examiner
