Awful - Did a hystosonogram on me. At the end, said I may bleed a bit over the next day or two, and left the room. After I dressed and walked toward the parking garage, I noticed my pants were severely covered in blood. Embarrassing, and I should have been given something in advance. Then, to top it off, my doctor called me a week later to say she didn't do it correctly so I needed to go to his office to do it again with him to get it right!

I am a Patient of Dr. Wolf, who has performed two Transperineal Prostate Biopsies.. I have high respect for Dr. Wolf's skills, and am very grateful for the recommendation I received to contact her. The 5 1/2 hour drive each way to Boca Raton was well worth the time and hotel expense since Dr. Wolf is the best. I experienced no pain and walked out of the hospital feeling the same way i walked in. Dr. Wolf was very responsive to my many questions before the procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Wolf for Prostate Transperineal Biopsy. For both of my biopsies, I experienced no pain and no blood in the urine or semen. A Catheter is not used during or after the procedure. Dr. Wolf is very friendly and responsive. If you are facing a Prostate Biopsy, in my opinion, there is no comparison between Transrectal and Transperineal. I drove from north of Jacksonville, FL to Boca Raton due to the reputation that Dr. Wolf has earned.
