I just recommend Dr. Buchinsky to another friend. He went out of his way for us and made everything so easy.

Have to call and wait on hold forever to tall to someone who knows where to direct you (three transfers). First appointment ran two hours late. Secomd appointment, I recieved a message to arrive a half hour prior... did just that and ended up waiting hours. Not mindful of appointments or time. People leave work early to sit in the office for hours with their (understandably) restless children.

I put all my trust in this doctor he spends a lot of time helping two of my kids! He spend 1 and a half hours in the room with my daughter just the other day! he gets down too the bottom and trys his very best to find out what is going on! Must doctor look at you as a check for money and are in and out with 10 mins. Not this doctor he takes his time with you. runs test if needed! His nurse is a very sweet lady and great with the kids! I gave him 5 stars.

My appointment was 4:30 pm and my daughter was not seen until 6:30pm

Truly wonderful doctor; Took the time to thoroughly explain each test and diagnosis and address each of my questions and concerns. Very personable and caring.

He is the best around. The absolute best.

Dr. Buchinsky and his staff went out of their way to assist me when my son got sick. Through the recommendations of my PCP they made room for us to be seen in their busy schedule and have had constant contact to follow his progression during this illness. I am a RN and I would recommend them to anyone in need of a good ENT. I gave a good for diagnosis only due to the fact that we are not exactly sure what my son has at this time. But Dr Buchinsky and staff have gone out of their way to help me any way possible in dealing with my sons issue.

My son had a second set of tubes and an adenoidectomy recently by Dr. Buchinsky (Dr. Buchinsky had also put in the first set of tubes about 2 years ago). I cannot express how wonderful he is, very gentle and patient with my 3-year old, explained everything thoroughly, and even personally called to follow up on my son's condition after the surgery. I wish more doctors were like Dr. Buchinsky.

I rarely write reviews, but I can't let this group go unrecognized. My son (7 months old) presented to Dr. Buchinsky very sick, 103 fever, puss and blood coming out of his ears after having tubes placed the month prior. Prior to, he had treated at Children's Hospital, where he received the tubes. A few weeks after the tubes were placed, blood started pouring out of his ear. A call to Children's ENT lead me to a nurses's line, who assured me this was normal and to continue drops. Multiple PCP visits, and even a call from my PCP office begging for Children's to see my son, I was still told office protocol was to see the doctor who placed the tubes, who was on vacation. I escalated to the office manager, explaining a fever of 103, ear infections on antibiotics, and continued bleeding. There was nothing they could do. Fast forward, I placed a call 8 days after symptoms onset in desperation to Dr. Buchinsky's office. They saw me the same day. The staff is simply amazing. Everyone… there is so nice, and Dr. Buchinsky and Elizabeth (PA), are so knowledgeable. I felt a weight off my chest after just the first visit, I knew my son was now (finally) in great care. They truly make you feel like you are their only patient. The staff treats your child as if they were their own. Dr. Buchinsky has outstanding bedside manner- you never feel like he is rushing to the next appointment, and makes himself available at all times. He saw my son every 2 days, and although we ended up back in surgery, he exhausted every option before that. I've never felt so comfortable allowing someone to take my child back to the OR, but this group makes you feel that way. I can not say enough good things about this group, my only regret-I did not see them sooner! This is the way medical care should always be . I am so thankful to have found them, and rest assure if problems arise in the future, I have a trusted and caring group to turn to!
