Dr. Farrukh Anwar, MD

Dr. Anwar has ALWAYS placed my concerns at the forefront of his care for me. I have the ultimate trust in his advise, treatment plans and his care for me as an individual making feel I am important to him.

would give him and his office a zero if I could. The first visit we waited in the waiting room over an hr . He was very rude saying my mom was malnurist. Then other second time go in there and waiting 45 mins to tell me that the serum for tb test was bad and needed to take her some where else and gave me no order. Had to wait for an order at the hospital and ended up having to go the next day to get it done. The last appointment he puts her on a medication that interacts with things that she is already on and I wanted to confirm and ask questions before giving the medication and he got a attitude with me about it and told me to go to another dr. I would NOT take your loved one here if you care about what happens to them.

Most rude arrogant obnoxious clueless doctor I've ever met in my life. My mother had a stroke caused by an aneurysm several years ago and has a hard time processing information and talking all he did was continually be a little her because she couldn't understand. He kept using terms and phrases that she could not possibly understand even if she wasn't disabled. He told her everything that she said was incorrect he wouldn't listen to anything that we said. He said that the diagnosis that she has received over the last twenty-four years from different doctors was incorrect and that she needs a mental evaluation. We went in there to get her prescription changed because it was causing her hair to fall out he informed us that we were incorrect that that would not cause the problem despite the fact that I know of several cases that it has happened in before. Never dealt with a problem that we were there for. Then he tried to make her get a flu vaccination and in the Moana vaccination… despite the fact that she told him no he insisted on her explaining why she did not want it and when she tried to explain her words came out Mixed Up so he told her did she wasn't making any sense. Now I have to deal with the after effects of her visit. Because she doesn't understand she is crying hysterically because she feels like she's done something wrong

Dr. Anwar has literally saved my life. Not afraid to refer patients to others. Be forewarned he will not issue pain meds excessively or unless diagnoses warrant. Dr. Awar, in my opinion, will always listen but doesn't like patients not listening or self-diagnoses based on WebMD.

Excellent diagnostician that is genuinely concerned with his patient's total health. Digs into any and all problems without being prodded. Dr. Anwar also has a very friendly and competent staff. An office visit is always a satisfying experience.

3rd visit. Told him my hips waa very painful, he would not gave me no pain shots and no pain med. I'm in pain everyday all day, i truly believe that he didn't like black people. Cuz i asked others people about how he treat. Them. I would not see, color of my skin

Horrible Doctor, bedside manner isn't just lacking, it's abrasive; seems to either hate his job, his patients or perhaps both

This is the worst Doctor I have ever been to. I was treated as if it was all in my head. He did not order any blood work or give me anything for the terrible pain I was in...I waited months to see him and he made me feel like nothing within 10 minutes. If you are not already fully deformed or in a wheel chair....I do not recommend him. I was later tested and I have a very bad form of RA and Fibro.

Both My father and I have visited Doctor Anwar. Over the course of the past 9 years he has been and will continue to be my father and I's primary doctor. Doctor Anwar is very good at the practice of medicine. He is very devoted to and caring toward his patients. I would recommend any doctor who has saved the life of my dad.
