Dr. Farshid S. Rahbar, MD

Dr. Rahbar seems to have a prescribed protocol and when a case falls outside his area of expertise he kicks you to the curb after collecting as much money as he can. As a parent, my primary concern is for my son's health and wellbeing and the level of care and professionalism I expected was certainly not met. If you are unable to help a patient be upfront and admit it and provide a referral to someone who might be more knowledgeable.

Hi Everyone, I just wanted to say a few words about Dr Rahbar an incredibly gifted and amazing doctor! If you are having issues with your health , and you cannot get to the bottom of things Dr Rahbar will do everything he can to try and help you. I have been to several gastro doctors through the years, Dr Rahbar will investigate your situation to find out where your illness may have started and ask many detailed questions which will assist him in proper diagnosis and treatment. You will be hard pressed to find a doctor of such enormous humility and vast knowledge up on the latest sources available to help you to feel better. In a time where doctor visits are limited to 15 minutes this will be refreshing because Dr Rahbar needs time to get a proper history of your condition. Folks, I can go on and on, but let me just say Dr rahbar is an outstanding bar none medical dr who is additionally trained in functional medicine. I am so proud to have him on my medical team. I have dr Rahbar to… oversee all the other doctors to keep an eye on my care. He has always been there for me and has never let me down. I only wish I had found Dr. Rahbar sooner, I have paid thousands for some of the best doctors in the US but frankly many are pretty clueless. Dr. Rahbar brings a wealth of experience to each patient and is a very good detective. Extremely kind and gentle - and also humble, he does not try to brow beat his patients but really explains what is going on and is very thorough. He cured what 3 years of other doctors could not. Shortly after a flu shot, I suddenly became allergic to almost everything I ate. Eating out was impossible and I was down to basically boiled chicken, white rice, and lettuce that did not set something off. I had mouth sores, reflux, fatigue, itchy rashes, urinary incontinence -- you name it! Dr. Rahbar systematically eliminated one cause after the other and I kept getting better. He goes way above and beyond for his patients and his dedication and commitment is unmatched. My daughter has lyme disease, mold poisoning and many other issues. He looks to treat as many issues and symptoms as he can and get to to the source of her suffering. He is doing everything in his power to help her and is incredibly supportive to both of us. He gives us hope, strength, direction, and listens! He is extremely knowledgable and looks to stay on top of the latest, going to conferences. We have been to over 150 doctors in the last 7 years and Dr. Rahbar is a needle in a haystack, truly one in a million. My son has dealt with GI issues all of his life. Everything from acid reflux, constipation to food sensitivities have been an issue for him.
