Dr. Farzad Roullah Nahai, MD

My consult with him was all of five minutes, before he got irritated with questions and left the room while I was in mid sentence. It was a very bizarre experience, the questions I had for him pertained to scarring and possible pre-cancerous moles. After all, I was there on the recommendation of his colleague re: these two concerns. Not sure what set him off, but I left with nothing but confusion. His staff was lovely, but the doctor was a no go.

You must revisit a professional school in order for you to get the proper training. When patients open up to you and share their testimonies of how insecure they may be feeling about themselves due to weight, nose, structure of something on their body or whatever, it is up to you to confidently inform them of what you're not able to take on. Yet, instead you do the complete opposite. I am a black young lady that recently had a rhinoplasty done by this "doctor". Yes, professionalism matters which, he was that. However, more importantly, what matters is the work that was performed. Doctors, nurses, and college degrees/certifications are in place for a reason. Yet. you have many folks that are just in it for the MONEY. So, not only am I dissatisfied with the work that was done, but I have yet to hear back from his staff or even HIM. You do surgery on a person's face and don't follow up with them in months? Nevermind the fact that the stitches were removed and my nose needs time to heal,… but IT IS HEALING DISPORTIONATELY. So, I spent my hard earned money to look worse than I already look? I have no worries because God is always in control. No need to follow up Sir. May your days continued to be fulfilled as you continue to operate in this manner.

As an older woman with prior required surgical experiences, I am pleased to give Dr Nahai the highest possible rating. Dr Nahai, his staff and the hospital staff could not have done more to assist me. Every step, every person, every detail was addressed with the highest level of competence, professionalism, care and efficiency. Dr Nahai's high standards and expertise are seen in every detail of his practice. While I have generally had good care in the medical field, this surgical removal of a very large mass was the most seamless I've experienced. My husband and I are so grateful we were referred to him, and I am already referring others. Thank you Dr Nahai and Staff !!!

Pre-op office wait time... less than 2 minutes. Surgeon successfully removed melanoma, Dr. Nahai miraculously put me back together again with results far exceeding my expectation. Two post op visits with office wait time less than 3 minutes each. A very efficient staff + extremely talented surgeon = stellar results

There are not enough positive words to say to describe this entire practice. From the kind and helpful people upfront (Dorian) to the wonderful assistants (Nicole) and responsive office team (Cathy, Lynn) to Dr. Nahai, the entire team made a difficult situation so much easier. Dr. Nahai has wonderful bedside manner and is caring, smart, compassionate and honest. One of the best doctor practices/offices, I have ever dealt with and HIGHLY recommend them

First care care of skin graft!!

I came to Dr. Nahai with a bad result after a melanoma removal from the tip of my nose. The previous surgery left my nose with mis-matched skin tones/composition and an odd deformity at the tip. (My friends all were polite and said "It doesn't look THAT bad!" but it looked bad too me.) I was not confident it could be improved more than a bit. But Dr. Nahai's confidence that he could make a difference convinced me to proceed. Then, after just two weeks from surgery, he removed the stitches and my nose looks almost normal. I can barely see any evidence of the 23 stitiches. I am, frankly, ecstatic! In addition, Dr. Nahai, Mary Popp, RN, and all of the office staff are the nicest people you can find. Their caring attitude has meant a lot to me. I would recommend Dr. Nahai and his whole practice to anyone who needs to have a plastic surgery procedure.

I was treated for a nasal fracture at Dr Farzad Nahai's office. His staff scheduled me quickly. He gained my full confidence at the very first visit. He explained the problem very well. He laid done all my options. He suggested which rout to take. He scheduled me for operation immediately. He did the operation with immediate success. He managed the pain and inflammation excellently. My nose was straight and I could breath easily right after the operation .I got a follow up call from his office the day after operation to make sure I was doing OK. I am recovering fast. I found Dr Nahai very professional and extremely competent. I will recommend him strongly.

When I turned 35 I started thinking about taking preventive measures towards aging and began researching plastic surgeons. A friend of mine referred me to Dr. Nahai, and I'm so glad that she did. During my consultation with him, he spent ample time discussing what he thought would be an ideal "road map" as far as non-surgical anti-aging procedures. I expressed my concerns about looking overdone or having the frozen face look that Botox can cause, and he assured me that he would be conservative and start out slow. He delivered on that promise. My results... I look rested and refreshed and never overdone... I couldn't be more thrilled. After my first injection, he wanted me to follow-up with him in two weeks to see how I liked the results. He's always available for any questions or concerns, and I really appreciate that Dr. - patient relationship where communication is a priority to him. I always leave his office feeling like a better version of myself. I referred my mom to Dr. Nahai for… an eyelid lift, and her results are amazing.
