I have gone to this dentist before so I chose him through my providers again..I made appointments for myself my husband and two girls all for the same day..my husband and two girls were seen I had to reschedule mine due to other appointments I had for my two girls..so even though I did not get seen on my appointment date I was still charged for everything and not only that the whole time my family was there the dentists wife was so rude talking to people that came in and over the phone all she cared about was payment not only that there daughter works there and the mother and daughter were fighting about the girls court date she had that day.. The dentist youseff was very nice but his wife and child are very rude and talks so loud everyone knows there life story stuff that should not be shared in front of patients..so not only were they rude but came up with this large amount and was hand written every time we asked what we were charged so much for the wife got kissed and would not… tell us anything we started making payment cuz they said we owed 700 so since they would not give us a bill with what we were charged for we contacted our insurance..our insurance stated we only owe 400 considering the charged my one daughter as an adult when she is not..but now they continue to harass us about full payment an instead of 700 they want 900...this place is a joke and my family and I will be talking to the right authority considering I have kept every hand written note plus the payment we came into pay while the wife was so rude to my husband

My husband was supposed to have an appointment today and we had forgot to call and cancel so I had called today to apologize and reschedule, the staff I had spoke with told me I was disrespectful for not showing up and that she was going to charge my account and hung up on me! Will not be returning there and would NEVER recommend this dentist to ANYONE who is human and makes a mistake of not calling to cancel.
