Dr. Fawn Michelle Langerman, MD

I was on a virtual call with this unpleasant doctor for less than a minute. I’m a friendly person and hardly had time to process her despicable behavior. She came at me with a vicious attitude from the first word she spoke to me. When I asked a clarifying question about my course of treatment to confirm whether I understood what she was saying, she nastily replied, “Sure, we can go with that,” and then hung up on me while I was mid-sentence. I will find every avenue I can to complain and report this unconscionably aggressive, unprofessional woman. She shouldn’t be caring for human lives with such a blatant disregard for compassion or even common decency and general respect. I’m not sure who forced her to pursue this profession at gunpoint but she’s extremely bitter about all that money she makes, and it’s astounding to me her license hasn’t been revoked.

Langerman was the most demeaning, rude, and judgemental physician I have ever seen in my life. She was quick to write me off and did not trust me with my own medical history. She brought up one medication I had been prescribed then asked me what prescriptions I was on, as if she did not trust that I would give her the correct answer. She was not helpful and talked down to me during the entire visit. I truly do not understand how she continues to be employed.

I’m not sure how she’s a doctor . She was rude , made nasty comments to me and hung up our consultation before I was done.

Learned the hard way doing the first available physician is not a good idea for Tele-Health. While trying to describe my symptoms through a video she berated me for a simple observation of my ear smelling funny. Asked me what my evidence was and how I could possible know more than her when she was a doctor. I have NEVER been treated more rudely than her. She needs out of this profession, I hope no one else has to have the experience I did.

This lady just chewed out my wife on a tele-health call for returning to work after receiving a negative Covid test. (Actually, it was effectively 3 tests because our whole family came back negative). She wanted to "know where my family found a 100% accurate covid test when the rest of the country has 85% effective tests." My wife was horrified by her behavior. We hung up, disgusted by her tone. A pretty pathetic doctor if you ask me. Shame that others will likely read this too late...

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve NEVER had the experience of being laughed at by a doctor and don’t feel this would be considered appropriate by any means. My own family witnessed her behavior and could not believe their own ears. She was extremely, very interruptive, very obvious she had script prepared and I can only guess how many others have had the same terrible experience.... I could’ve received better service going through the worst fast food drive thru in America. I decided to get a second opinion and THANK GOD I did! I received the correct care. Save your $59 and go to someone who knows how to put CARE into healthcare.

I will be writing bad reviews for this "Doctor" until the day I pass away. She is a HORRIBLE person and an even worse "Doctor" in my opinion. I will be filing a complaint against her. Dear "Doctor" Langerman, when a person comes to you with a problem and they are scared, normally you reassure them. We teach children this in kindergarten, so at 52 years old, I am completely baffled as to how you became a "Doctor" and still have yet to learn this lesson. Hopefully you will read this on some site, because I'm leaving them on all of them, and you can reflect inwards. Please remember you are supposed to be helping people, and if you cannot do that, you do not deserve to be called a "Doctor". Oh, and the lady at Customer Service was by far and away more fantastic than you could ever dream to be.

I would not recommend her to anyone. This "doctor" was very useless, and waste of time. I did not do my due diligence and went with the first available doctor, and there's a reason why she's available. No one wants to be seen by her, and I failed to read the reviews. Waste of my time, waste of my insurance's money, and overall, was not helpful. Very condescending, rude, and very full of herself. Not only that, but she told me to stay home, and turns out when I went to another doctor, I had an infection and was prescribed antibiotics!

Have waited in waiting room of horizons all for this doctor for over four and one hours. Got to third person in line and all abruptly shut down saying it was upgrading my experience. Went back into queue at 14th in line waited until I was next patient to be seen.suddenly, the app said he doctor is no longer available and bounced devout again! Back to 13th in queue and she is miraculously available again!

I should not have selected the "connect me with the first available physician" option - lesson learned there. I have used Live Health a couple of times when my PCP isn't available. However, I have never been seen by someone as unprofessional and dis-compassionate as this woman was. I think the real high point was that she said "eek," at the end of the call which I can only assume was in reference to me. Next time you trash talk a patient, make sure they're disconnected first. Clearly this person is not in the right profession - maybe find one that doesn't require human interaction.
