Very unprofessional rude Dr. and office staff. The staff is loud and are busy talking about their personal lives with a loud voice. Laughing and sometimes screaming at the same time. Very unsettling. Waited 1:45 minutes to be seen. Someone wrote " I this office they are taking unprofessionalism to a new high" . I completely agree.

The office is very unprofessional and disrespectful!!! I am trying to verify prescription for eyeglasses for our mutual patient. Called 4 times ! They just hang out on you or promising to call you back and never did..It is just unbelievable rude . Hope the is a 0 star rating avilable for this place/can not call it proffesional doctor office/

Waiting time two to three hours.

I learned from this appointment not to assume that you are making an appointment to see a Genuine doctor. The NP that I encountered was so full with her ego that she didn't notice how much of her ignorance was shown as she publicly and loudly chastised another employee . After some time she enters the room where we are and proceeded to address my minor child as if he were an adult ,never introduced herself and by way of her tone conveyed her annoyance when he was unable to supply her with medical info. she then left the room. After some time I saw her in the hall and asked how much longer was our wait going to be she didn't answer just looked at me. At that point I stood, informed her of her extreme rudeness to which she replied okay. We then left he office. Her attitude not a good influence on children or teens at all We never got to see the doctor as I had expected.

Every time I go to this doctors office I'm there for 2-3 hours! The staff and Dr Bennett banter back and forth as if they are the only ones there. One patient was waiting so long he fell asleep in his chair. The doctor takes her sweet time and seems more interested in fashion then in her patients whom she is paid to see. Unfortunately I have managed Medicaid & she is the only eye doctor in my area that excepts Medicaid. But if you have a choice try somewhere else

It was the worst experience I've experienced at a doc's office. The waiting time at the waiting room was 45 minutes. When I asked the staff why it took that long, they said that it was even a silent day! (Yes, another patient confirmed that they are always slow!) They did two to three 5-min exams before I was able to see the doctor and in between each I had to wait a lot. It took at least 2 hours before I saw the doctor. The doctor was also unresponsive about my complain.

The staff and the doctor lies a lot. They are very bad about prescribing medication. They give wrong medication for your eye and they will say the patient asked fo it. The staff and Doctor don't look at your chart and they keep whatever thy like in giving medicatio.

Very bad staff and Doctor. When you call staff don't listen to you they all play they gave me a wrong medicine for my eye. Never trust the doctor and the staff please. Be very careful. I would have been blind if I didn't read the paper the pharmacy gives. Please everyone be extra careful.

Staff is very bad. If you take a blood work. They don't given your blood results. Even you call them 10 times and hold for an hour on the phone. Its very hard to get a results.
