I used to hate going to primary care doctors regularly until I became Dr Simon's patient. I have been her patient for 3 years now. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and a good listener. I was not an easy patient or in charge of my own health until Dr Simon became my primary care doctor. Her medical treatment, standards, procedures, followups etc. are what I expected a Baylor Physician to provide. I have had no issues with refills and I have had good experiences in using her patient's after hours call service during my previous medical emergencies. Dr Simon also rounds on her patients admitted at Baylor hospital if they are admitted (I hope that I don't have to use that service, but its good to know that service exists). Her office and medical staff are courteous, friendly, and the office facilities clean and modern (it's a Baylor physician practice and what I expected a world class hospital facility to offer). I recommend her to my friends and my family (many of… whom are her patients already).

Dr. Fay Simon is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and proficient. She also truly cares about her patient's health and well-being. She is the best internist/family care doctor that I have had in over 60 years.

I agree with all the good things previous reviewers have said about her excellent bedside manner, her willingness to spend time in detailed discussion of my health issues, her intelligence and intuitive insights in diagnosing long-term symptoms that no previous doctor had diagnosed. I'm glad to have her for my primary care physician, and highly recommend her.

Office staff is great. Doctor Simon and nurse are great. Both very friendly, helpful and kind. Doctor always willing to listen to my issues at hand and discuss proper treatment. Nurse always willing to help whether it's free samples or making sure I was doing ok and ask about my family. Great job!!
