Dr. Faye Elaine Rao, MD

Why is Dr. Faye not seeing patients any more. We have the right to one on one visits with our assigned cardiologist according to the Alabama CDC.???

Dr. Rao always makes you feel at ease. Her staff is always kind and respectful. I’ve been one of her patients for almost ten years and she always listens to what I have to say and never once has made me fell like I’m crazy or blamed my symptoms on me just being a woman which has happened more than one with other doctors.

Dr. Rao is very thorough and took the time to answer all of my questions. She explained everything in a way that made it easy to understand.

Dr Faye Rao has been my cardiologist since bypass surgery in 2011. She is an excellent physician. Minimal wait time @ appointments. She takes her time and always answers all my questions.

Dr Faye is very professional and personable. Her office staff are very friendly and courteous. I really like the fact that she takes the time to listen and if you have questions she takes the time to answer them and not get in a hurry. This was my first visit and I was very impressed with her.

Dr. Faye Rao has been my cardiologist for the past six years or so. She has always been very professional, thorough and took plenty of time to explain my test results, etc. I would highly recommend Dr. Faye to anyone. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable.

Explain to Dr. Faye that I just moved here from Houston. Texas lived there since 1976. Was very used to my doctors in Houston as Houston has very good technology. Proceeded to go over all of my medical history, PTSD, anxiety, fathers, heart condition, etc. at the end she pointed to her self appointed to me and said this is not gonna work. I said excuse me in shock she said I can’t see you I can’t help you. Still in shock. Excuse me I can’t see you I can’t help you you need to leave. I said, can I ask why she said because “ I am not a Houston doctor“. I was completely shocked. I had never in my life been treated by a professional this way, and surely not ever by any of my “Houston” doctors. As I was leaving one of her staff try to console me Dr Roa responded. Leave her alone she will be fine and told me to just leave. I have never in my life been treated by a doctor this way. Then 3 days later I get some of my medical records FedEx back to me excluding the ones from my cardiologist! She… should be there to help others not for the $$$. Her office staff is great! I will pray for her. God Bless
