***** (5) INTERNIST PHYSICIAN: Dr. IIang IIang is very bright, experienced internist who engages with serious patients prepared for the visit who take responsibility for their healthcare using his guidance/ heeding his orders. Spent necessary time for exam, diagnoses, further test ordering, writing Rxs, and explaining the care plan. *****(5) Claudia Esquevel, LVN is caring, sharp, experienced patient-centered and highly efficient. At the MD's direction, she effectively provided to me and went over with me serum laboratory results in the office on a day when Dr. IIang IIang was at the cross-town clinic seeing pediatric patients (all in normal range, great to know in being timely with the results to patient.. -Unacceptable- CNA trainee was left alone with me for initial intake and she was clueless about Dx codes, medication names, basic medical terminology (totally frustrated and overwhelmed) as well as utilizing effectively the patient information system. -Unacceptable- … Complaints about front desk / reception intake staff being unfriendly were being addressed based on patient actual investigation and intervention while I was there observing in the waiting area. I was granted a cancelled appointment slot @1pm as a work-in patient and kept my mouth shut. Paid full co-pay requested and appreciate so much being seen!
