Prior to the appointment I had questions about the prep but the person answering the phone was unable to answer questions. Then I called when the prescription hadn’t been phoned into my pharmacy. Same person was unable to locate info about me. On the day of, I had questions but did not meet Dr. Chipty until seconds before anesthesia was administered and she responded to my questions with, “we’ve been doing this for 26 years and we know best.” Will not be recommending this practice to others.

She was amazing! First time I ever met her and how she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Her staff was also amazing and would highly recommend them.
