I use CBT and DBT as my primary psychotherapy tools, as well as a systemic approach that involves the use of Genograms so that a family or the patient can gain a deeper understanding.As a psychotherapist, I have developed expertise and enthusiasm for the trauma population by working with clients therapeutically.
