took 30 minutes to find out if they had an appointment available, was told no, asked for manager and was given an appointment. They called at 8 the next morning to say there was a mistake and there would be no doctor there on that day, I got angry and they called back and said ok come in at the original date/time (must have been a lie about the doctor not being there because she was there seeing other patients) after i told the doctor my current meds she said "we don’t need to give you a drug test you already told me you are on this" with the door open loudly in the hall so anyone could hear. From that point i was talked down to and treated like a criminal (for lack of better word). items on invoice that were not performed during consult. will also bring this to the attention of the Michigan Medical Licensing Board

She is a very nice doctor
