Dr. Felicitas D Juguilon, MD

When I researched my concerns about her practices, I realized that she was outside the bounds of professional ethics.

Dr. Juguilon didn’t provide adequate treatment or even look at my results before appointments. She charges $250 for a 30 MIN PHONE CALL, and insurance won’t cover her services. She has the worst bedside manner and couldn’t even remember that I was her patient.

Sad to see doctors with the power and ability to make a huge difference in all aspects of life, as everything is a impacted by health, and choose not to. This doctor is not upfront & does not uphold what she says. She's judgmental and makes false assumptions, without reviewing information/records given or asking questions; The inaccurate assessments that result negatively effect needed care from others. Her errors aren't just mistakes, she elects to hinder progress. I'm sorry to say I believe she needs to reassess herself before she evaluates patients that she knows nothing of and looks down on.

I saw Dr. Juglion for a period of time. She ordered expense tests that she was unable to interpret when the results came in. I developed breast cancer while under her care and am very fortunate to have survived. I do not recommend this doctor.

Im not saying Dr Jugulion isn't a qualified doctor but her bedside manner is horrible !!!! She is rude. She doen't have a ounce of compassion for her patients , I spent a great deal of money to go there and now Im starting over at another facility . I couldn't see giving her one more cent of my hard earned money.

Dr. J helped balance my hormones after another physician very aggressively prescribed natural hormones that caused serious, negative side effects. She is knowledgeable, thorough, professional and compassionate. I have always found her staff to be friendly and helpful. It is unfortunate that insurance doesn't yet cover bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, but that's not the physician's fault!

(My experince at 6000 Lombardo- not sure why new location od new tax iD #.) I find it very alarming that a doctor is out of network for all insurances! Sounds more like a money making deal? When I go in for my appointment, there is never anyone in the waiting room, yet I'll wait 20-25 minutes to get in to the back room and another 10 or so for the dr. to come in. The receptionist and front man act like death warmed over. Never look up to acknowledge that someone has come in and many times no one is even in front office. I have yet to see them smile. Diagnosis wise, who knows if correct. I keep hearing, "trust me". It's $185 a visitand that was after 2 appts at $250 each. I think I've had enough.

Dr Juguilon was able to diagnose a condition that was left undiscovered by many doctors before her. I appreciate how she makes use of both traditional medicine, coupled with natural and nutritional suppliments to treat the problem on a wholistic approach. She is not a one-pill-and-your-fixed type of doctor (which is a good thing).
