Dr. Felino Bautista Deleon, MD

Designated Primary Care Provider, under United Healthcare PPO Program. Called to schedule Physical, was told I am not authorized, Person who answered the phone identified as "Kamha", told me flatly that I'm not authorized, tried to terminate call. I quickly asked for a supervisor. Spoke then with somebody who identified as "Zeny" (a nurse?). Explained to her that I was covered under United Healthcare Medicare Advantage PPO program. She reluctantly scheduled appointment. This office is unprofessional. They treat callers poorly, are QUICK to deny, quick to hang up, essentially ... rude. Will be looking for another Primary Care Physician (or at least a real one).

I have only known Dr. De Leon as of this year but the four times I have been to see him for help, I have found that he genuinely cares and listens to you and gives you the time to talk about things. His office staff is very helpful and I have always been able to get a quick appt. when I needed one. I would reccomend Dr. De Leon. *** Martha Hykel

Dr.Deleon had been my family doctor for many years. he is a very professional doctor would really take the time to listen to his patients, and that is very important in the health care profession.
