I’m extremely impressed with Dr. Ortiz. We moved here from Maryland and I needed to find a pulmonologist because of my lung issues. He is very thorough and actually listens to you (unlike many other doctors). After asking questions about my family history and doing a pulmonary function test he thought there was a possibility I could have a genetic condition. I was tested and he was correct. I had been misdiagnosed for 30 plus years. He is on top of everything. I am so impressed with him. I’ve had many pulmonologists over the years and he is far superior to them all.

Does not respond to patient with questions or problems. Waited 1 week and prescription call in to Wal-Mart was not done, Asked for an opinion on xray. After several phone calls, still no response. Over 9 days of waiting. This is getting ridiculous.

The best pulmonologist I've seen. I've had COPD fo 10 plus years and love to travel. However, I'd end up getting sick on every trip. Dr. Ortiz put me on a plan of maintenance and additional medicine for before and during trips. I've traveled heavily for a year without getting sick. He's easy to talk with, I understand his recommendations and he explains test results. The office staff is helpful and friendly, appointments are on time.

This doctor is an excellent Doctor. He spends time with you, listens to you, is kind & compassionate. His office staff is easy to speak to & professional.

Had a misdiagnosis from another physician and Dr. Ortiz nailed the correct diagnosis in the FIRST visit.

The office cancelled my appt without my knowledge. Unprofessional.
