Terrible patient service and terrible policies reguarding life threatening conditions (ectopic pregnancy) . Do not use her!!!

I have been going to this doctor for a few years now. I have been to a few gynecologists in the past who were unable to diagnose a problem I had, but Dr. Kitchens diagnosed and resolved the problem on the first visit! I recommend her! My experiences with her have been the best!

I was not very pleased with this doctor, but did not have alot of options at the time. She didn't spend alot of time answering questions. The wait time was ridiculously long. The nurse practitioner was the best thing going in the office. My delivery was almost complete before she arrived at the hospital. A resident practically delivered the baby, the office was not very inviting. I have heard that the office I visited has since closed, and that is probably a great thing. I didn't even go back for my post postpartum visit. I went to another doctor, and had a MUCH better experience. I have also had two friends that left this practice to seek elsewhere. Not highly recommended.

Runs a Medicaid type clinic. Those with insurance need to go elsewhere.
