Dr. Chen has been my primary care physician for 20+ years. He has always shown himself to be the consummate professional and has seen me through a couple of cancer diagnoses and other situations with the greatest degree of after-care.

Dr. Chen was extremely interested. He explained everything with ease of understanding, was patient with all of my questions and I truly felt that I was Seeing the best. I highly recommend!!

The reason my wife and I choose Dr. Chen as our family doctor is due to his prompt, professional and excellent service. We feel like he genuinely cares about our healthcare need. His quality of care is outstanding, he is very patient and spends time with us to determine the best possible level of care. You never feel rushed. We would definitely recommend Dr. Chen as your family doctor.

Dr. Chen’s office staff treats you like family. They have all been together a long time and it shows. You may have to wait, but it’s because Dr. Chen takes his time with each client to make sure that they get the time they need. It is not unusual for the staff to call after hours either to check in on you or give you test results. I’m very happy with them.

Friendly, courteous staff, clean office, easy to talk to, called promptly at appointment time, and was called back the next morning with lab results.

I have been a patient of Dr. Chen's for several years and have always found him to be friendly and dedicated to providing me the very best healthcare that is possible to provide. I have regularly felt that he has my best interest in mind when I see him, that he takes his Medical Oath extremely seriously.

He ordered tests that were unnecessary. When I asked what the test was for, I was lied to. He was unwilling to credit my account and I was ultimately charged or be sent to collections for his actions. I complained about him to COPCP and while they admitted I was not the first to complain, there was nothing they could do. AVOID!!!
