Dr. Fenney Kwan, MD

I miscarried and they scheduled me to see a doctor . Dr. F Kwan was the one I ended up seeing. She first walked in and complained about me being there.... Thats right ... Apparently someone told her that I had to be seen earlier and she wasn't too pleased with that... However I never asked for an earlier appointment I just said yes .ok.thank you. When they told me to come back at an earlier time so we run around for two hours which is inconvenient for us(especially since I'm still passing clots and a lot of bleeding) but we did this so we would be around the area in time for the appointment they asked for me to come earlier for. Then she complains why are you here? .... I'm here because you're staff told me to be ...im here because they told me to come here walk back in this room and see you...im here because I miscarried ... She then proceded to do a quick check and then tell me to talk to the staff for my next appointment.... Such an awful visit . If you miscarry dobt come here ...… They'll just act like you're annoying them and they don't have time for you,then they'll make you an appointment and complain why you show up to it...

Dr. F. Kwan is simply terrible! She's rude, rushes through appointments and refused to listen to patient concerns! I wouldn't recommend her to my very worst enemy! Run from receiving care from this monster!
