Dr. Ferah Adil Dalaly, MD

Me and my family have been seeing Dr. Dalaly for years and we love her. Very friendly takes her time answers any questions we have. Great doctor.

The facility is very nice and I’ve always been able to get an appointment when I need to; however, I don’t find Dr. Dalaly’s bedside manner to be acceptable enough to stay on as a patient. I thought after my first unpleasant visit that maybe she was just having a tough day, so I decided to give her more time. After each of my visits, the follow up notes were emailed to me and they were not accurate to the things we had discussed in the office, nor are the appointments thorough. For instance: one visit, I had a sore throat and ear pain; after looking in my ears to rule out an ear infection, I was told it was just allergies and sent on my way. She didn’t look in my mouth/throat, nor did she feel my swollen glands in my neck. Each visit has felt like such a drive-by, I don’t feel like I am ever given the amount of time deserved. I’m not a demanding patient, nor do I have a list of health concerns...but I deserve a complete exam and a kind practitioner at the very least.

I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. Does not spend time with her patients and is not thorough.

I waited weeks to get in with her and she spent no more than 5 minutes with me. I felt rushed and not heard. Very poor follow up on results. I have yet to get a reminder call for appointments. This is not the most professional practice.

Excellent physician! Dr. Dalaly is very punctual for my appointments, and I am happy every time I get called into her office shortly after I get there. Long waits seem to be everywhere in the healthcare system, and it is refreshing to not camp out in a waiting room. She takes her time with me for each visit. She is thoughtful and does a good job answering questions and explaining her opinions. Wish I knew about her earlier, very impressed.
