Dr. Feras Zabad, MD

I had an anal hemorrhoid in 2010 and unwittingly thought I should go to a gastroenterologist over the matter. He advised me to get an EGD and a Colonoscopy where he would take care of my hemorrhoid then. I'm familiar with coming out from under anesthesia and having the Dr talk to me about my results. This time this Dr didn't nor did he speak with the person who was with me to drive me home. Once I was fully coherent I realized I still had my hemorrhoid. Apparently that's why he didn't stop to talk after the procedures. I called his office, this is when he had a Beaumont location as well, and explained to his staff I needed to talk to him They asked why, I explained and they said I'd have to talk to him about that. I explained that had been my first statement when I called them....my need to talk to him. They said they would leave him a message. The next thing I get is a call from the police stating I was threatening to them/him and I was to not go near him or his office. I explained my… situation to the police and told them why on Earth would I ever want to go near him again. I doubt this review will ever get posted but I'd take a lie detector test to attest to the truth of my comments. I've never met another Dr out after so much money over a small wanted procedure and then not do the small procedure. Of course he didn't want to talk to me...all I wanted was an explanation and he had none.

Dr. Zabad quickly and correctly diagnosed a condition that had been a real bother for 6 months, and then prescribed a treatment that eliminated most symptoms in days.

Such a excellent Dr. that actually cares about you when your feeling terrible and listens to find what type problems you are having. Has a excellent bed side manner. I can't enought about what an excellent office staff he has. They are very caring about there patients and always returns my calls the very same day. If I am in any pain and need to be seen I know exactly who to ask for and she is a doll and always works me in the office schedule with no problem.

Very caring about all his patients problems. When no one else knew what was wrong he was the only Dr that was able to diagnose my problem. And has the very best office staff I have seen in years out of any other Dr.'s offices. Returns your calls the very same day and answers all my questions and refills.

Some members of the staff have clue in what they are doing. Example tell you what timd to be at appointment and then no schedual the appointment, tell you one time to be at a hospital and calls to remind you giving you a different time.This doctor does not like to be questioned about anything. The attitude is now dare you question me about anything.His first visit with my wife as new patient was 10 minutes. We had other question before a procedure and wanted some answers his attitude was like how dare you waste my time.I would not and could not reccommend this doctor to anybody.
