Dr Ferdausi Hassan’s office located on 75th street is the worst!!! Her staff is rude and knows absolutely nothing. They cannot schedule appointments correctly, they cannot figure out the telemed appointments, they don’t know how to deal with patients. The DR herself cant address the issue and doesnt seem to care about the patient and what their needs are during this pandemic no matter how long the patient has been with them. Its very sad to see how unprofessional this doctor office runs. I Definitely DO NOT recommend you bringing yourself or your loved one for any type of medical care to this doctors office!

If you want to face with rude staff and backed by doctors unwillingness to understand patients urgent need and issues, good luck with Dr. Ferdausi Hassan. Bangladeshi's and Nepalis are specially welcome. Remember she is not giving service free.

This doctor does not care about her patients. She runs this medical office with her husband and both are disrespectful to patients. They only care about money and not the health of their patients. They know how many patients they can see a day yet they quadruple book everyone for monetary benefits at the cost of their patients time. They keep everyone waiting for 4 plus hours and yell at you if you complain. My mother is a dementia patient but the doctor yells at her for missing appointments or medications. For this reason we requested home health care and they gave so much trouble because they apparently don't "fill out forms" in the office. Who even licenses such a doctor that doesn't understand that dementia makes you forget? Everything is a struggle with this doctor who gives little care to the lives of her patients. Today she has refused my mother who has recently had a stroke on top of all her pre-existing conditions on top of her dementia. I have filed a report with the DOH to… report this office but please do not see this doctor if you truly care for your loved one.

Dr Hassan is very good for treatments like all primary care need

I don't want to tell what happened but this my request to everyone never go to this clinic.

I am so dissatisfied with this doctor. She is careless with her patients and she teaches no manner to her employees. The whole staff and the doctor is rude and careless. In my pervious experience, I had to go through a thunderstorm just to see the doctor. There's at least 15 people waiting everything I go there. Absolutely no professionalism. My whole family used to go there but we changed the doctor. I would never recommend her to anyone. Very unprofessional, irresponsible staff, careless, manner less.

I would NEVER choose this doctor again nor would I recommend you or your family members to pick this practice. I do NOT trust her with my health. The doctor never spends more than 4 minutes with you. She always rushes everything, does not really care about your health concern nor does she take any time to explain lab results or explain what is going on with your body. She is quite incompetent and I question her ability to practice medicine. Her staff members are rude and very inconsiderate. They do not care for appointments. I called to make sure the doctor was present for my appointment, and they said yes. Once I arrive at the office, they very casual said "No. The doctor is not coming at all today" and then walks away. The front desk res. also talk about your health conditions to other patients/staff members (Which i find to be totally offensive). They (the doc and the staff) have a "i don't give a hoot" attitude. No bedside manner. Inaccurate diagnosis. RUDE and INCOMPETENT… practice. I question, who in the right mind ever let them open a practice. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
