Dr. Ferdijackson Agatep Ramiro, MD

Dr. Ramiro is a knowledgeable physician. He orders the tests needed everytime I bring up certain symptoms and conditions. He knows just what to look for whenever I discuss my health issues. He also keeps the conversation light and I never feel rushed. At the end of every appointment, he always asks if he has addressed all my concerns and this makes a lot of difference to me as a patient.

Have gone to Dr. Ramiro for about 6 years after finding out at my dot physical I had high blood pressure. He seemed to be able to treat that problem alright with medication but when I developed cracked red bleeding hands he couldn't figure out what was causing it. Then after routine labs for my annual check up I had an elevated psa level. He never performed a prostate exam in all the years I saw him and took almost 2 months to have me see a urologist. After all the tests I had taken in 2 weeks by the urologist they found I had stage 4 prostate cancer and had it atleast 10 years. The maybe an ok dr. when it comes to routine things but dont take any chances. If he had been more thorough with annual exams I would not be where I am today. I trusted that he knew what he was doing. He doesn't.

Dr. Ramiro replaced my doctor that retired. I had been with Dr. Carpenter for almost 30 years, so this was an adjustment for me. At first I did not care for Dr. Ramiro, he came across rough and with no compassion. Something told me to stay with him, and I am glad that I did. He is a great doctor, he is respectful and listens to my concerns making me feel like I matter. I will be moving away from Washington and am not looking forward to finding a new doctor, I wish I could just stay with Dr. Ramiro.

He was sharp and rude. I was being seen for cold n cough symptoms. He spent no time with me didn't give me any real type of exam just wrote n rx n left when speaking to his medical assistant Sheila she said to me sorry your gonna have to just deal with it! She was very rude too. Don't go see dr Ramiro! I did however my next visit saw dr Nguyen she had a wonderful bedside manner and gave me a full exam her medical assistant Jennifer actually thanked me for coming in which I thought was very nice
