My kids love going to see Dr. Freddy. My oldest has had to have several fillings and has never been afraid to go. You get to stay with your children and everything is well explained and shown on the x-rays. I have always seen it to be a very organized office and wait times are very short.

I expressed that I did not want to use any amalgam (mercury) fillings and they were used on 2 of my children anyway. Then they tried to withhold the notes from their records from me so that I would not sue them for the $500 per tooth bill I am looking at to have them removed safely using the SMART protocol (which this office is not certified). After numerous calls, voicemails, emails, and in-person visits to request their charts, I finally received them 8 months later. Too bad for this dentist. Here I come. Wrong momma to mess with.

ZERO STARS!!!! My daughter's experience with Dr Freddie. Was the worst experience for a child ever, and was a parents worst nightmare!!!!!! My daughter was scheduled for a filling on Wednesday oct 23. Prior to that we were directed to pick up some medicine " to calm her" which was 4ml of lorazepam little did we know it was 3 to 4 times the amount she was supposed to have!!!!!!! So my wife and daughter arrive at there office my daughter beside herself crying uncontrollably and they still try doing the procedure my wife called me to inform me of what was going on and I immediately tell her not to proceed with the procedure!! So they leave there to head home my daughter still crying uncontrollably and beside herself. They finally make it home and she starts throwing up. After the first time my wife called the office of Mr Freddie and they told her to let my daughter sleep it off kids react to the medicine differently! Ha wasn't that a joke!!!!! I told my wife do not let her go to… sleep!!!!! She threw up again my wife took her straight to the hospital!!!! After getting her there they had to give her some medicine to reverse the affect of the drug they called her in because she had OVERDOSED on it and fluids and all that after getting her stable she was transported to T C Thompson Children's Hospital and that is were it was brought to our attention that our daughter was giving 3 to 4 times to much of the medication!!!!!!!!! Words can't describe how I feel about what happened to my daughter that day I don't see how someone can be so careless to let something like this happen to a 7 year old little girl your PATHETIC, CARELESS AND UNCARING you dont deserve to do the job you do I ALMOST LOST MY DAUGHTER BECAUSE OF YOU!!!!!!!!! ??

The worst dentist very uncomfortable with the children office staff very Rude do not try to work to make appts easily workable for working parents
