At first thought I had a good doctor. Then saw him for ear pain.. Was told to use ear drops. Went back a week later in terrible pain in my ear. Asked to have ear flushed, couldn't hear ear so plugged up and painful. Asked to have ear flushed, in terrible pain. Dr refused. I asked for referral to ENT ASAP. Office clerks assistant told me they can't refer til I get labs done. I said I need help ASAP. They just laughed, rude. I said I will have to go to ER which I did. This is neglect. Horrible way to treat people. I was in terrible pain. I went to the ER and was treated successfully. Don't waste your time in going to the Island Dr. Offices. They are rude, unprofessional and don't give you the proper care you need. Or the respect.

Amazing doctor! He listens to you and reviews all your medical records. Makes the proper recommendations and referrals for your care. He is bilingual (Spanish/English). He treats you with the upmost respect and care. I love the fact that he runs on time but gives you all the time you need. Not to mention his staff is amazing and they are on it! Thank you Dr. Arzola of Island Doctors New Smyrna Beach for being such a great doctor!
