Dr. Fernando Alberto Bolufer, MD

The staff of this medical office are some of the most unprofessional and rude individuals that I have ever encountered in my entire life, and that includes the "office managers" Jennifer and Ivan. My father tried to get a doctors note stating he is high risk for COVID19 because of his multiple conditions and they denied him the letter for no reason. They would not even offer him a medical release form in order to release the letter with his info. They said "the final answer is NO and thats it. NO we can't do it. PERIOD" just because they did not want to help a paying patient from their office. My apologies to the doctors who have to work with such foul people.

I want to make it very clear, that Dr. Fernando Bolufer, is a terrific caring physician and this negative complaint is not reflective of him, but of new office staff who are a disgrace to the reputation he has earned in the community. Today, for the first time in my life, I was verbally attacked by a front-desk clerk with delusions of grandeur and her millennial boyfriend who claims to be 50% owner. He has not been on the planet long enough to work hard enough to save enough to own half of an established medical practice business! He was rude, arrogant, condescending, unprofessional, and a total disrespect to me as a patient/client, mature lady, and a medical/educator professional; they both caused a public altercation and ended throwing me off the property. He disregarded Dr. Bolufer's attempt to mediate and correct incident and repeatedly continued to pull rank in an effort to convince himself of who he'd like to be. His father, and probably the real 50% physician partner should give… these two a permanent time out! I will miss you Dr. Bolufer and Liz as well; she's a keeper.

Waiting time about 1 1/2 hours , very long time. After they call you in , they put you in another room another 1/2 hours, get ready to wait. Dr. Bolufer is not very friendly nor a people person. A very dry no emotional personality. DONT EXPECT A HELLO OR GOOD BYE HAVE A NICE DAY IN THIS PLACE.

Every time I schedule a visit with my PCP, they schedule me, and when i get there he is unavailable and they have another doctor treat me. The few times I have seen him, he is short and always seems bothered by my questions regarding my health. Overall not a people person! Do not practice medicine if you do not like dealing with people!!

Amazing doctor, now a days its hard to find a doctor that truly cares for their patient. The office staff is also great. They are very good at accommodating you any day of the week needed.

Each time I go, I wait half a day when I've scheduled an appointment prior to coming (even when I schedule it for first appt in the am because he's incapable of showing up on time). His entire office is extremely unprofessional. If you enjoy getting ripped off by both your insurance and doctor then you should go there. His office does a horrible job at following up on insurance payments and will tell you once you have waiting 2 hours to see him that you can't see him unless you pay for your balance even though you had no notice of this prior and the office should have been following up with the insurance company in the first place. He is very short during the appointments and does a terrible job on following up on the tests the office runs with labs. Overrall terrible practice and I wouldn't be surprised if he has been sued for malpractice/ abuses patients who cannot speak up for themselves and absolutely screws them over financially. His rates are also extremely high. You will… never leave feeling as though you have been medically treated properly and will always doubt the quality of the care you have a received (which should be everyone's priority since this is a dr's office).
