Dr L Fernando Franco, in Sylacauga al, is the cruelest, meanest dr that there has ever been, he will not listen and he try's to humiliate ever patient as much as he can!!!

Very accusatory without anything in which to base his accusations. I understand their apprehension but give everyone a level playing field on which to start.

This Dr I thought was the most educated Dr I had ever been too. However, I am suffering debilitating conditions. He belittled me, disrespected me and most of all he absolutely would not listen to me. It's as if he thought I was lying to him and he had a plethora of Dr testimony and info about my condition. He told me that I had done or not done things that I have no idea what he was referring to. For example, he said that he had ordered a test. I said I never received a call or I would have gone. He WOULD NOT BELIEVE me. It's as if my former Drs and me were lying. My c7 nerve is dead that goes thru my body and he treated me as if nothing is wrong. My hands are clawed or curves from the damage, he acted like I was crazy for thinking anything was wrong. I am doing everything I can to find a new Dr. I take the word hate very strongly. I loathe him. Worst Dr I've ever seen. You can be the most educated Dr or person in any profession. If you do not listen to your patients or your clients in… a business transaction than you will fail. Dr Franco need a to fail. I wish for him the same level of care for him that he gave me and when he is older and in need of help I hope he is rejected and treated just as poorly as he treated me. He should not be a Dr.

AVOID HIM!WORST,most judgmental&rude Dr,I've EVER seen(& I work in healthcare)!Waited over 3hrs to see him,while experiencing serious,emergent medical/neuro problems in waiting rm(staff all saw,but did nothing)!Once he finally came into rm,he continually,wrongfully belittled,judged&accused me of untrue matters,unrelated to my reason for being there,for HOURS! HORRIBLE experience,waste of time,&why we got appt with him,for day after calling;unlike REAL neurologists,that have 3mo waiting list

Words cannot describe how poor this so-called doctor treated me ... terrible at best

Excellent doctor. Very thorough. Courteous. Highly recommended.
