Worst doctor!!!!!!!! This doctor should lose his license! He walked in the room and NEVER looked at me and said what are your symptoms...I began to tell him, he was looking at his clipboard, pulled out a pad a wrote me a script and left! He was in the room for 2 minutes!!!!!!! He never said a word to me!!!! I went to another doctor and he tested me and I have Lyme disease!! This doctor is horrible! He totally misdiagnosed me. You've been warned folks!!!!

This is the most disorganized and crooked office I've been to! Yesenia is the most unprofessional and uneducated person I've spoken to at a Doctors office. I will be filing a formal complaint on this Doctor's office and their deceptive ways. I only wished I would have seen the ratings on Google and the many other sites I've researched since my visit. Please do yourself a favor and find another office.

Doesnt listen to your concerns. Screams yells and he can't even speak any language you can understand. My emotions were all over the place after I left his office. How can he even be in practice. I give him a negative 0 in every medical related or otherwise. Absolutely he needs to get down from whatever glory he is on. And can't keep a consistent staff. They all leave and speak very lowly of him.

Dr. Fernando Gonzales is a great doctor, he saved my husband life. I love him ,thanks Dr Gonzales, thanks to all your team too.

Horrible bedside manner, and extremely rude. I have never dealt with someone that has no compassion for patients. Unwilling to answer medical questions and wants to run in and out of room in less then 5 minutes. worst experience I've had and I work in the medical field I was completely shocked. Office staff is also rude.

Money minded doctor and unprofessional. Prefers cash so as not to be tracked for tax purposes. Will never take my grandmother there again.

I've been a patient of Dr. Gonzales-Portillo for the past 10 years and while I've thought about changing neurologists several times, I finally find myself doing it. I have not had the bad experiences I've read here with Dr. Gonzales-Portillo, but he has the most unprofessional office staff I've ever run across. They don't return phone calls and incorrectly schedule appointments, when there is a known schedule problem, they don't call in advance, they never answer the phone. Bottom line in a medical field where patients are instructed to reduce the stress in their life, these people only exacerbate it.

After reading all these negative reviews I won't even wast my time with this doctor. I'm going to get another list of doctors in my area. Thanks everyone for your honesty

the worst doctor my daughter could have had the man made fun of ka diseases that my daughter had .. !! multiple sclorosis his oakabras were these .. no need to give him a medicine because he has no cure or cure that I did not waste my time and then I told a nurse to trust a list and I chose the medicine myself ..! I am not a doctor or what kind of doctor is and how is it possible to exercise that way. Oh my God..!!!
