Dr. Fernando J Jimenez Torres

his "problem" is with Dr. Fernando Jimenez, who in addition to playing office oral surgeon at Bright Now, Citrus Park 2 days weekly....also practices "law" without passing the bar! Jimenez wasted two appointments that my dental carrier approved 6 weeks earlier.....then informed me my teeth pulled are considered medical waste and state of Florida forbids extracted tteth returned to patients! Wrong....and WRONG! Florida's regulation 64B5-25.007 clearly states by disinfecting extracted teeth they are NOT considered bio-hazardous and are legal to return to patient! (I'll post pic of regulation below.) My two demaged teeth are the result of poor unprofessional work done by another dentist and I need the teeth for [possible litigation! ....Not to mention I have 20+ teeth returning to me LEGALLY from Tampa dentist last year. And the Center for Disease Control agreed saying disinfection removes teeth OSHA Bloodborn Pathogens Standard allowing patients to retain extracted teeth. (I'll post… this below, also.) So....by being ignorant and belligerent, Dr. Jimenez not only lost a patient, but cost Bright Now a $7,500 full bottom denture with implants job I'll take elsewhere! And he may be investigated by dental, medical, and legal authorities for his callous brazen disregard of my patient rights! I feel Jumenez should "care more" about his patients oral health and teeth than trying to enforce unfoundable wrong legal views! You want this person in your mouth pulling your teeth???? ********N O T M E ********

Completely unprofessional doctor. The office staff are much worse! RUN AWAY!
