Dr Fernando Miranda did my gastric sleeve back in 2013. Just a month ago I had to have a gastric bypass because for years I kept having acid reflux, nausea and vomiting. The surgeon who did my gastric bypass said the surgeon left alot of stomach on the top and some blood vessels that were not suppose to be there.

He did surgery on my dad through the ER. loved that he is bilingual and was able to explain everything to my dad. He only has 2 staff members, but both are very helpful and bilingual. Since he is a surgeon, there is a long waiting time at his office but its understandable which is why i gave him 5 stars despite his waiting time. Would definitely recommend!

He's a great surgeon. He's a little quirky and odd but I trust him.

My overall experience with the Dr.'s professional staff was very poor. They do not have any kind of quality check on their insurance submittals which is vital for approval. I tried 2X a week for 3 weeks to ask the doctor to return my message so that I could discuss my issues with the quality of their work with not one returned phone call. So I decided to use the networks avaialble to provide my opinion.

Dr. miranda did gastric sleeve. and iI love the way he is, very confident, risk free, outstanding. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Miranda is a great doctor. He explains the surgery in complete detail and answers any questions you may have. After surgery, he follows up with you. I recommned Dr. Miranda to everybody I know. Overall, a great experience.
