Dr. Fernando Jose Ruiz, MD

Dr Ruiz is such a passionate Doctor. He knows his business and is very informative He takes time to go over results wither great passion. He also takes time to ask about my family and really listens to what I have to say He is a great man and a very great accent to the C I S organization thanks for being my doctor

Dr. Ruiz was very pleasant and had so much compassion concerning my condition, he too his time explaining every detail to me. I'm so pleased to have him as my cardiologist.

Fernando is amazing doctor with him not problem at all, now lest talk about customer service, the worse then any place I visit, worse them any Walmart, I was presenting my condition after I call 7 time to make a appointment but guess I never speak with not one I’m still waiting for someone to call me to make my appointment, the worse costumer service, no one toll him about my conditions I was presetting including passing out for 2 weeks, but the best part when they have to collect money they are #1. This the worse company i was involved, yes I’m think to going to other doctor!!

I was 23 minutes late for my appt through no fault of my own. We were blocked in by traffic. The receptionist at first said we had to rebook. We came from 40 minutes away. They decided to work us in. We sat in the lobby for 1 hour and then sat in the back for another hour. This is pretty much the norm. There was not that many people for that long of a wait.

I am very pleased with Dr Ruiz and his staff.
