Fernando is amazing doctor with him not problem at all, now lest talk about customer service, the worse then any place I visit, worse them any Walmart, I was presenting my condition after I call 7 time to make a appointment but guess I never speak with not one I’m still waiting for someone to call me to make my appointment, the worse costumer service, no one toll him about my conditions I was presetting including passing out for 2 weeks, but the best part when they have to collect money they are #1. This the worse company i was involved, yes I’m think to going to other doctor!!

I was 23 minutes late for my appt through no fault of my own. We were blocked in by traffic. The receptionist at first said we had to rebook. We came from 40 minutes away. They decided to work us in. We sat in the lobby for 1 hour and then sat in the back for another hour. This is pretty much the norm. There was not that many people for that long of a wait.

I am very pleased with Dr Ruiz and his staff.

Dr. Ruiz is a wonderful doctor. He is very concern about his patient. He listen to what his patient has to say and he discusses the situation with them. He is very Understanding and he speaks well. I highly recommend him.

Dr Ruiz and his staff are always absolutely wonderful and very caring to their patients. I am very pleased with this doctor and would recommend him to all my friends and relatives. I pray he never leave CIS.
