Dr. Fernando Gregorio Serra, MD

Ask for a face lift and neck lift. Before and after pics looked the same. He refused to return my money or part of. However did make an incision under the neck to almost the chin to try and correct the neck lift. I now have a scar! Should have walked away after my first visit as my gut told me. He is a talker and thinks highly of himself. I know his whole story! Agh!

Nice guy but....results did not last and had a revision done 15mths later....and I still did not get the results I was told I would have..never took care of the platismal bands in my neck....I am out alot of money with only some of what I wanted....insist on having general anesthesia where he can address all that is needed or try another surgeon

I had consultations with other surgeons in the area and felt as though they were "pushing" me in the direction of the surgery they wanted to perform for my breast augmentation revision, versus allowing me to get to get the natural results I was looking for without a lift. In my late 50's I wanted to replace my older implants and get a natural result from the surgery. I am so happy I found Dr. Serra. I am recovering well, and could not be happier with the results. My breasts are soft and supple, and exactly how they should look for someone my age - only nicer! I took a year and a half to find just the right doctor to remove my 420cc (big) implants. I would always hear the same thing...most doctors I researched would only replace implants and that isn't what I wanted AT ALL. At 60 years old, my breasts were not attractive any longer; in fact they were a worry because I knew they were older than they were warrantied for and could possible deflate. I always assumed that if I removed my implants, I'd end up looking like something out of National Geographic once they were gone, however I was pleasantly surprised that Dr. Serra was able to correct everything with a Mastopexy (lift) after removing my implants so that now I have beautiful breasts that I'm proud of, and more comfortable with, without any implants at all! I love my new breasts!!! I am so happy to have found such a caring doctor with such expertise and professionalism! He actually called to check on me several times after the surgery. If you have implants, and wish you didn't, there… is certainly hope for you at Dr. Serra's surgery center in The Villages!

Dr. Serra is an excellent doctor and extremely personable. Puts you at ease right away. Even though I am still in the healing stage of my procedure I am already very happy with the result. I would most difinately recommend Dr. Serra.

Dr. Serra is very personable and extremely meticulous. I wouldn't go to another plastic surgeon to have a procedure done!
