This medical staff has got to be the most incompetent medical staff on the planet. I have been waiting for 3 months for someone to schedule an appointment for me after my referral was sent in twice by my primary doctor's office. The claim they can't find the referrals that were sent in. Each time I call the receptionist leaves me on hold 30 minutes plus while she supposedly looks for my referral. I've asked several times for someone to call me back but they never do. After being left on hold 36 minutes again today when the receptionist finally came back on the line to tell me she till can't find my referral, I asked to speak with the practice/office manager. She had the nerve to ask me what it was in reference to then put me on hold again for another 30 minutes only to tell me she can't find my referral! If you value your time and you want a medical office that's run well stay far away from this one!

HE IS THE RUDEST, MOST INSENSIVITVE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND NEEDS A MAJOR CAREER CHANGE ALONG WITH HIS ATTITUDE. IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT ANSWERS AND WANT A DOCTOR WHO IS TRULY TRYING TO HELP THEN THIS GUY IS DEFINITELY NOT THAT!

Dr Silva has been my Dr for almost 2yrs I am extremely happy that he is my Dr, he is a Great Dr who does not skip a beat in making sure all that can possibly be done with managing my Auto immune disease, he is thorough in my care & I am truly happy having him as my Dr, he is professional but doesn't make you feel like your just another patient to him, it is just as important to him as to me to manage my illness & that is a priceless Dr who cares.

had one visit with Dr Silva, decided to change to another doctor. He calls me at home and questions why?? never in all my years have i heard of a doctor doing this.. made me feel very uncomfortable! then refuses to refill my medications.. that tops the cake.. He supposedly replaced Dr Huff... not in a million years!
