Excellent Psychiatrist, Dr.Toress has help me with my Severe Bipolar 1 depression that . I been suffering from since, I was 12 years . I was diagnosed at a young age. I have been in the mental hospital over 12 times or more . He is will mannered , Great listener, cares about all his Patients. I love my Doctor. He helps me with all my mental illness that . I been suffering with. Without my medication that he prescribes me monthly. I would be in the mental hospital he is helping me stay stable by prescribing me my medication. Worst doctor..don't do his job

Dr Toress has been the Best Psychiatry in this World. He has helped with a Major Depression. I suffer with Major Bi Polar -1 .and I suffer from Major Anxiety real bad. I am Majorly ADHD , Isuffed from all these mental illness . I have had the illness since. I was young. I am very thankful for my Dr. He has helped me stay stable. I will never ever changed Doctors ever. He is helping me wiith my meds monthly. So , I can stay stable and not be put in the Crazy mental Hospital . I am thankful for my Doctor he is the best Doctor he is welli manner and listen to all mental problems that . I suffer from. He is well Educated and Professional. His Secretary is the Best worker in this world as well. She is very helpful and mannered and listens to my problems . I will never ever changed doctors. I have been diagnosed with My Major Depression and Illness that I suffer from day to day since. I was 14 years old. I appreciate my doctor and love him for helping me . I opened upbabout something and he made a joke and laughed.

Opened up laughed at me and made a joke. He broke my heart. Staff is great.

Very Disappointing Experience My wife has been diagnosed with Anxiety and Depression and was referred to Dr. F. Torres for counseling. After an Evaluation in his office by his nurse, an appointment was scheduled to begin counseling. After waiting nearly 30 minutes past our appointed time, my wife asked when she would see the Doctor. She was then informed that the Doctor was not in and her session would be by Teleconference. This was never disclosed to her and is NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! This deception immediately triggered an Anxiety Attack and we were compelled to leave the office and go home where she has taken her Anxiety medication and gone to bed. We are VERY DISAPPOINTED and will never return to this doctor. read less

We had to change psychiatrist and we found this man. We took our son and he evaluated him and proceeded to formulate his medications. He gave us a follow up visit appointment 3 months later. When we went to Walgreens to pick up the medications, I asked if he had refills, the answer was no, this man prescribe only for one (1) month supply. 10 days before the month was over, I contacted his office and ask his secretary to send the two month supply prescription. We have called him for over 15 days now, several times begging him to do it and this piece of pseudo doctor doesn't even call back. A kid with out these medications can suffer a withdraw that can easily end in dead. He did not give a crap. I already reported him to the State Board. Be careful with this guy, he does not care a thing about his patients, he put my son on jeopardy. We had to pay over $400 to get a quick visit with another doctor. Do not expose your family member to this irresponsible man!! I ma now writing a review… on Vitals.com and guess what: The send key does not work, only the CANCEL ONE. PATHETIC!

This guy ruined and destroyed me. He give will give you drugs. The pills he gave me destroyed me life. 1,200 mg is OK. This man destroyed me life.

I would never change my doctor ever he is worth waiting for
