Dr. Feroz A Khan

We had once loved Dr Khan and his staff. They were kind and thoughtful. One time I commented on how much I loved the music they had playing and the next time I went in the receptionist had made me a copy of the music. Sweet! However, several years ago my daughter's orthodontist said my daughter needed to have a baby tooth removed. I brought my daughter in to Dr. Khan's office. Everything seemed fine. When I got home I noticed he had pulled the wrong tooth. I called the office, and told him that he pulled the wrong tooth. I wasn't angry, or anything because it was just a baby tooth. A few months later I called for an appointment for myself. The receptionist said that Dr. Kahn no longer wanted to see our family. I was shocked and hurt. I asked why, and she abruptly responded, "He doesn't have to give you a reason why!" and then she hung up. It was such a complete turn around. I don't know if he was embarrassed that he made a mistake, or that he was afraid he was going to get sued, but… it was definitely a red flag.

Dr. Khan is a professional gentleman with a sense of humor. Him and his team are AMAZING. Gentle on the mouth and on the soul : )
