Dr. Ferrin Diane Doss, DO

She was my ER doctor at the Baylor All Saints in ft worth. All my drs are at Baylor so it made sense to go there. Long story short, I have 1 functioning kidney, I had a stone in that kidney obviously causing me pain. Dr Doss’ bedside manor is absolutely inappropriate for her profession, she treated me like I was just looking to get pain meds & accused me of somehow contaminating my lab work. She also flat out called me a liar, literally ripped my IV from my arm with her un-gloved hands & sent me on my way. I actually did have a kidney stone too big to pass on my own, she never ordered a CT either. Told me it was wasting her time.

I read the previous comment and was shocked by it, first off the Hospital is in my opinion is the best in the area and very clean. the doctors are great as well. this doctor in question was very polite, attentive and appeared concerned about the issue at hand, she ordered test that others doctors at a pain center would not, although I was still in pain when I left the hospital I had a better understanding of what the issue was and what steps to take next.

I am 55 years old. I had scoliosis surgery when I was 15. I was recently seen by this doctor at the ER. I have never in my life been seen by a more a doctor that was so ignorant in my entire life, and I have been seen by a world full of doctor's my time. I can't tell you enough how bad this doctor's bedside manner is. Her attitude, and lack of willingness to address an emergency situation. NEVER again would I allow this so called, doctor, to lay hands on me or see me again. I will NEVER go back to Baylor Scott and White All Saints hospital or ER because of this doctor. I have had my doctor move my procedures I have done at this hospital to another facility that he has rights at. If this is the kind of doctors that they staff in this hospital than this is the worst hospital I have ever been in. Besides the ER being nasty filty and stinking of urine! Please, do yourself a favor, and seek care elsewhere. You don't want to risk your life with a doctor like this in charge of your care and… as long as she is on the staff anywhere, me nor my family will be associated with that facility. Absolutely USELESS!
