Dr. Festus John Krebs III, MD

Absolutely the worst experience I've had at a doctor's office, although the receptionist was very nice. He would not answer any questions I had because I was told I would not understand and would just be confused. Did not have any explanation for any of my symptoms! I was made to feel like an absolute idiot and felt as though I was just wasting his time by being there. Worst experience and total waste of my money!

We took our son to Dr. Krebs for ear problems. Dr. Krebs determined that he has ear problems, and in addition, chronic sinus problems which created large adenoids and kept interrupting his sleep. We had many questions which Dr. Krebs answered, trying to put it into lay terms. Dr. Krebs placed tubes in the ears, and treated the sinuses with a spray. Our son now sleeps better and is hearing normally. My son is so much happier!! and so are we! Very patient doctor.

Dr. Keeps was the rudest most I'll-mannered doctor we have ever encountered. We brought our son for recurrent ear infections after tubes were put in because his original doctor was unavailable. It was clear that Dr. crabs wanted nothing to do with us, and he could not even tell us whether or not our child had at your infection, let alone a relevant plan for treatment. When we asked a follow-up question, he told us to find a new doctor because we "couldn't understand the process." We each have college degrees, and even my general practitioner could tell me whether or not my son has an ear infection, but he could not even do that. Incompetent and horribly rude. Never again.

On my original visit with Dr. Krebs, I was pretty impressed. He listened to my problem and gave me samples of a nasal spray to try for my chronic cough and nasal discharge. I thought he gave me a good exam. His nurse was extremely caring and friendly.On my follow-up visit, when I told him I wasn't doing any better with the nasal spray, he just said "well, I don't know what to tell you then". He got up and left, and I told the nurse, I'd never met a doctor who just "sent me packing" after one try. Very disappointed. I really thought based on my first visit that he wanted to try to help me, but didn't expect to just get one chance.

I initially visited another ENT doctor & surgeon who recommended I have thyroid surgery to remove a nodule. I was hesitant and did not feel comfortable with his approach. I made an appointment with Dr. Krebs for a second opinion. The appointment was 10x more informative, comforting, and reassuring than the previous physician. Despite knowing I was going to use this other physician, Dr. Krebs and his nurse spent a very long time with me discussing every facet of my thyroid and surgery. He mentioned several important factors the other did not: such as parathyroid glands. I immediately cancelled my surgery with the other physician and made an appointment with Dr. Krebs. The nurse walked me through step by step what would happen before, during, and after surgery. Following the surgery, Dr. Krebs' nurse called to check up on me, offer advice, etc. My follow-up appointment was wonderful. Most importantly, I came in a few weeks later, because I was feeling sick and wanted to make sure it… wasn't my thyroid. I was able to make an appointment the next day after calling and was seen by Dr. Krebs within a few minutes of me arriving. He thoroughly examined me, determining that it was not the thyroid surgery. However, he concluded I had chronic sinusitis and severe acid reflux. All of these things have been missed by previous doctors. He is thorough, kind, gives you plenty of time, doesn't make you feel rushed, and is very forthright. I would highly recommend him over any other ENT physician in the area.

That about sums up this "practice"

I found Dr Krebs to listen tentive to every one of my concerns, writing them down and then addressing each one, one at a time. He ordered test to give insight and give a through diagnosis to all the issues I was having that I thought was just one but turned out to be several influencing my main concern. It helped explain alot about what was going on. He gave options of treatment explaining thoroughly each possible result with possible side effects and recover period. I knew just what to expect and this really helped. I was very surprised to actually have someone that wasn't rushing in and out and was very thorough.

Acted like he was doing me a favor just being there.. Would not acknowledge or mention the low quality of work and mistakes his office partner did & does(but, of course). Then tries to bill me for doing absolutely nothing for 2 minutes, let alone answer a simple question. Wow, The medical field... 'Nuff said.

Dr. Krebs is a little gruff, but an excellent doctor. I will definitely go to him again if I have a problem.
