Dr. Fidel Hernando Henriquez, MD

Doctor Henriquez is excellent but I don’t understand why the doctor doesn’t do anything about his staff. They are so unprofessional, rude and no manners.They’re bad by phone and worst in person. If you love your family don’t let them to go to this office. I can’t believe how these people mistreat a patient who is coming for health (almost elderly).They chose the wrong job, no vocation at all.

First time seeing this Dr, the experience was excellent he was extremely professional and thorough would recommend him for sure.

STAY AWAY!!!! The staff here is extremely rude, unprofessional and just straight up ghetto. The first time I went here I was immediately turned off and didn't return. I was calling the office because I needed the request for a blood panel to be sent to Quest for my other doctor and they kept putting me on hold, I literally screamed wait just give me a minute and they hung up on me and they then continued to send me to voicemail for over an hour. I called from another number and it went through (seems like they blocked me)... they told me the reason they were so rude to me, hung up on me and then blocked my number is because they're short staffed.... so I asked why wouldn't you have simply said that to me when I was being so polite with you? The response I got was "well that's what it is". Please avoid this office at all costs. There are so many other better doctors in the area. Just give them a call and you'll experience the unprofessionalism and attitude from the first… "hello, please hold".

Dr. Henriquez is an excellent doctor , who is also very nice and I recommend him highly!! His office staff are rude, mean and unprofessional on a regular basis . They have an attitude! Horrible, unhappy people! Like doctor so much , so I continue to go.

It was not Dr Enriquez but it was his associate that I was forced to see. He was rude and did not listen to anything I had to say. His accent is so heavy that he is hard to understand. Then when I explained to him that my pharmacy which I have no choice over only has Synthroid, however if you order Synthroid they will charge me $70 but if you say the generic is ok they will send me Synthroid and only charge me $12, he couldn't understand and just kept saying he didn't want me to have the generic. Very frustrating!!!

The doctor was friendly enough; however, his staff are unbelievable. Anything they do is an inconvenience and they act as if they are doing you a favor by even speaking with you. As friendly as Dr Henriquez is, I'm not sure I'll return.

The staff needs a lot of improvement, they are very rude. The Dr was friendly but this was my first visit and still waiting to see if the review I have read are accurate.

This is the most unfriendly, uncaring doctors office. The front staff are rude contrary,and hard to communicate with. They don't care about their patients at all. If you have a problem between an appointment, oh well, that's too bad! They tell you that too! These people are horrible,sloppy and unprofessional! It doesn't matter if the doctor is good or not, if the front office is bad, so is the doctor
